About us
I became involved in model railways in 2012 when I found and old train set I had up in the attic. I really enjoyed putting it together and shopping for bits and pieces to get it running. That's when I realised I really enjoyed it and was bitten by the bug, its a really great hobby. I started my own layout in 2013 after being to a few shows and talking to a few people. I was very nervous when I was asked to bring my layout for the first time to the Wexford model railway show in 2019. Thankfully it was received well and has been back for a few since. The layout is called Past-Avenue and is based on my life and hobbies and not on a particular place.
The 3D printing started back in 2023. I was working in a college and saw one at work and I thought that this would be handy to make loco parts that were missing from mine i.e (horns, wipers) etc. It progressed from there and soon I was supplying to other modelers that were in the same boat as myself . It wasn't long before I was asked to produce other items that could not be bought or available to buy and slowly it grew to what it is today.
